Prior Application for Visit to the Suzukakedai Library

Those who need to use library materials in the Suzukakedai Library are required to apply here in advance.
Before filling in the form, please read the following page for visitors.

Guide for Visitors
*Alumni who have a “Kuramae Card” and TMDU(Tokyo Medical and Dental University) Members can visit the library without prior application. However, if they want to reserve books, you must apply in advance.

You can see our opening days on the Library Calendar.
Please apply at least 2 weeks to 2 business days before your visit.

You can reserve up to 3 books from Suzukakedai Library.
Reference books, journals, and audiovisual materials are not reserved.

If you want to use our library materials without a visit, please order them via your affiliation or a public library. For further information, see the following page:

The personal information submitted will be appropriately managed and used exclusively for this service.

  • The library services are only for those:
    who need our library materials for academic research and/or study.
    who need our library materials that are unavailable for ILL services via an institute of affiliation or a public library.
  • Before applying, please confirm the availability of the library material you need on the Library Catalogue.
  • A visit for commercial copying is not permitted.
    A visit just to use the facilities is not accepted.
  • The library belongs to Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech). Tokyo Tech members are given priority.
  • All visitors are required to comply the Tokyo Tech Library Regulations (in Japanese only).
    One application per person is required for each day.
