1. 2024-2025 Registration Form for Privately Funded Scholarships
2. Copy of your Resident Card　
3. Academic transcript　（Only October 2024 or April 2025 enrollees)
4. Copy of Japanese Proficiency Certification （Qualified students only）
5. Documents to prove your Research Achievement　（Students with a proven research record）

A.Copy of the paper with peer review B.Copy of the paper without peer review
→A page that contains ①Thesis subject, ②Coauthor’s name, ③Names of academic journals and publications it was placed, ④Publication volume, issue, page and⑤Publication date
→Please highlight on ① to ⑤ before uploading the file.

C.Copy of the program of the International Academic Meeting　D.Copy of the program of the Domestic Academic Meeting
→A page that contains ①Thesis subject, ②Name of the academic meeting you presented　and ③Presentation date.
